My experience:   I started my career in Real Estate in 1994 as a sales professional,  specializing in New Construction as well as resale.  With a prior background in customer service I've brought those insights into what I do today.  In 1999 I began the management phase of my career.  I get satisfaction in seeing the success of new Brokers as well as experienced Brokers, helping them develop and take their business to the levels of achievement they strive for.  I look at myself as a leader, coach and business partner, to provide ongoing support to my Brokers in their business and everyday life.
